And I love your term, "<span style="font-size: 12px; background-color: #ffffff;">motherhood-induced craziness"! Actually, I've never written much humor as a nonfiction writer, but I'm seriously considering. Thanks so much for your encouragement! It was when I had four kids under the age of 8 that I began writing my humor column for our local newspaper, and got such tremendous reader response that I finally realized I wasn't alone with my motherhood-induced craziness. Sharing is so important, and sometimes so hard for young moms, but we all go through it. And with God's grace, we can laugh at it! Thanks for the laughs, Karen.

Comment on DEPRESSED? I think a lot of us need to come out of the closet and laugh a little more about those moments, don't you! More moms need to read this so they don't think they are going crazy, but realize that they are normal. I remember locking myself in the bathroom many times when my children were younger (we had a 7-year-old, a 2-year-old and two newborns). Thanks for your great articles!

Comment on LISTENING: WHEN GOD IS SILENT

Thanks for sharing your story, Klansee. I know your words will encourage our guest writer today, Tara Johnson. I love it when God uses one person's story to touch another person's heart. Don't you? It spoke to my heart. There have been many a times when I've cried out to God wondering where He was, knowing He was holding me through the storm(s). Thank you for the encouragement. When life happens or things are going good, it's easy to forget that marriage takes effort to keep it healthy.
