THURSDAY'S THOUGHT: SISTERS AND SANTA

"More than Santa Claus, your sister knows when you've been bad and good" (Linda Sunshine).

I thought of my two sisters, Cathy and Leslea, as I read this sign (in photo above). I sometimes get a little melancholy during the holidays because I miss our family get-togethers. And it makes me sad that our families have drifted apart. 

Then, I laughed, when I read the quote (above) about sisters and Santa. And I'm grateful God gives me happy memories to counteract the not-so-happy times.

Just a bit of food or thought ...
