Moving On ...
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? (Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV).A new friend invited me to a Newcomers Bible Study in the Village, where we will be studying After the Boxes are Unpacked: Moving On after Moving In by Susan Miller.
Since I've moved to Hot Springs Village, I've met a few friends, joined a new church, and found WalMart ... what else do you need, right?
But after attending my first newcomers meeting and reading the first few chapters of After the Boxes are Unpacked, I realized that I still have some "newcomer" wounds to heal. I plan to keep you posted here on BLESSED about my progress.
