I guess I'm in a melancholy mood as I prepare to go back to my hometown this week for the funeral of a my Aunt Etta, my mother's sister. So, this song came to mind. We chose it for my mother's funeral several years ago. I hope it touches your heart, too.

This is a great song. Love the "dance with Jesus" part, too. Sorry for the melancholy mood. Hope it moves on to joy soon. Praying for traveling safety and peace in the midst of this storm.

Thanks for the prayers, Bibbie! But I'm not really down in this "melancholy mood," just in deep thought about life issues--you know, family, friends, life, death, faith, etc. Honestly, I think it's spiritually healthy to go there sometimes. And funerals and other life crises usually take me there.
