Meemee's Pimento Cheese Spread
Here's another great recipe from Meemee! I don't usually like pimento cheese, but this spread is awesome! Try it, you'll like it!!!
Meemee's Pimento Cheese Spread
Cream together
* One 24 oz. tub of pimento spread (Mrs. Weaver's)
* 4 oz. cream cheese
Add
* 2 Tb (heaping) sweet relish
Optional
* 5 slices (chopped) jalepena peppers
* 2 boiled eggs (chopped)
Beat all ingredients together and serve on bread, crackers, pita chips, or whatever you like!
