Tuck's Tales: The Devil Made Me Good

Our little cowpoke, Tuck Mantooth, find himself in a heap of trouble with his Aunt Doris this week in the BLESSED Journal

It looks like Tuck's Aunt Doris has her bluff in on Tuck. But will Tuck "tuck his tail and run" from Aunt Doris and her tricks like a scared pooch? Or will he figure out Aunt Doris's tall tale?

Enjoy Tuck's Tale—"The Devil Made Me Good"—on this week's BLESSED Journal.

Can you recall any incidents where someone tried to scare you when you were a child? As a child, how did you feel about that person? Now, what do think about that person and how you were treated?

My Aunt Doris would feed her 7 poodles chicken, and give me a bologna sandwich. She was careful with those dogs around her big lake because of the alligator that lived there. But she encouraged me to swim there during the summer. She also had a parrot and a cockatoo bird, and for a while, a small monkey. You know, maybe Aunt Doris treated me like one of her pets after all! And I really liked bologna better than chicken anyway

Tuck, so...Aunt Doris let you swim in the lake with the alligators, huh? And she fed her poodles chicken and gave you bologna? Hmmm...
